 I'm assuming they mean smooch as in kiss and stellar as in fantastic. As for how you kiss fantastically I suppose that's individual to everyone!

 put your hands around her waist and gently rub the small of her back with your hand almost hardly touching her or with your fingers moving slowly or with your hand pressed to her back but not real hard..(she'll get chills ) and kinda play with her lips with your kiss the top lip then bottom then both ( a couple times) then slide your tongue in her mouth but don't plunge in nice and easy then wiggle ( might not be the right word)your tongue.Make sure you give little breaks. Hope it helps but every one likes a different way. But that's how i always heard it done.
