Make her a t-shirt "my BF Loves Me!"
Make her a personalized hoodie and put inside the jacket a poem especially for her that expresses your love for her.
Take a picture of you and her and have it framed in a I love you frame.
Just give her a note with those three words and sign your name.
Give her a flower and a kiss and tell her you love her. Make sure it is an "unique" flower and not the standard rose. Not all women read into the if it is a yellow rose; it means friendship, if it is red rose....it's love. A beautiful flower is a beautiful flower.
Make her dinner. Massage her feet with some oils or creams from the gift basket you just gave her that says just thought to tell you how much I think of you...then while massaging her feet, say you love her.

 You should do it spontaneously. Find a nice peaceful night and pack a romantic picnic and take your love for a nice walk under the stars. Find a nice quiet place to sit like a big park or your local sandy beach. Put your blanket on the floor and unpack your picnic. Then just sit together in the moonlight and look uo at the stars. Talk about everything the mood and atmoshpere will make it the perfect time to just look into your loves eyes and say the three special words, I love you. They will just melt in your arms. I guarantee it

 Well that depends... Have you already told each other that you love each other ? Is this an extention of that love or a new way to tell her ? It does depend on the person and as to what they would like... and how big you want to make it... ie do you want it on a billboard, on a poster, on a roundabout, something like that ? An announement in a newspaper. Does the girl already know you love her and will come as a shock or would she be expecting and is just waiting for you tell her ? Not knowing the circumstances is a bit hard to gage, but if you guys have been together a while, then maybe just out over dinner something like that.. but either way, when telling someone you love them, it doesnt matter how you do it, but the fact that you do! Lots of women just cant wait to hear the 3 little words no matter how you say them... me and my guy had been dating for about 2 monhts when he told me... he sent me an email as we couldnt be together at that time that read at the end.. 8/3/1 I had to ask what it meant lol (8 letters, 3 words 1 meaning!) tee hee, but was only because he wanted me to know that he loved me, until he could look me in the eye and tell me... 3 years later we look for different ways to tell each other, but nothing better than being held and looked in the eye and being told I love you... its sincere that way..
