I don't know what the "recommended" limits may be . . .
My kids continued breast feeding after they were started on solid foods, and my wife let them continue pretty much as long as they were interested. As I recall they gave it up at various ages between 1-1/2 and 2-1/2 years.

Between 18 months to 2 years is the recommended minimum time. So I'd say that's a pretty good upper age limit too.

they say 2 years the most if you want to make sure his health is ok the mother's milk is way better than any thing else so plz feed your baby and don't care about your breast if it will be ugly and stuff it's not always when you work out it will stay the same ....good luck
