 Not long. No more than a few hours I'd think. And definitely not after it dries out.

 I do not think that it would survive more than a couple of hours outside the body. Maybe 8 hours at the most but that would be because of it being sealed in the condom. The fluid surrounding them is more for surviving inside the woman not in the external space.
