What words can be used to describe a guy?

I suppose this is a bit wierd, but you know how guys get so many words to describe a girl? such as beautiful, gorgeous, stunning, ect.. what words can be used to describe a guy? I mean, I think handsome is a little old fashioned, but do guys like being called gorgeous?
