Sounds like you're into the typical Asian girl. I would say Hong Kong or anywhere in Japan will drive you nuts, if you ever happen to go there.
As for the question "What turns a 16 year old teenage boy on about a girl?" - I believe like every other similar question for almost any age, it all depends on the person's tastes. EVERYONE is turned on by good looks, unless they are specifically into something out of the ordinary.
At 16, my tastes weren't refined, so any girl who was cute through my eyes was good enough for me.
