writes: okay so i started my period when i was 11 now im 15 and ever since i started it has never been normal. I have discharge for the past 4 years non stop. My doctor says it's normal and that it will go away on it's on but it hasn't yet. She also put on the pill so that it regulate my period but i haven't started on the pill for fear it will make my acid reflux worse.IDK what to do about the discharge. Should I start the pill?Help.

reader, anonymous, writes (20 May 2009): Thanks you guys, but my doctor is an idiot. She's misdiagnosed be numerous times and she's the only one my insurance will cover soo im stuck with her. My acid reflux is horrible and it does not matter what i eat my esophagus is erroded so the naseau is pretty bad because of my haital hernia too.

I have the same problem with the discharge.
I am 20 but it died down when i was around 16
the only time it gets bad is b4 and after my period
And as for the pill u should give it a go and see how you go.
if u think it not right for you then see you doctor

as for the pill it will help to regulate your period i am speaking from experience. My period was really bad i also got the implanon (rod) in my arm which you dont get a period with well in most cases anyway. But i would try the pill anyway and see how it goes and if you feel its not rigth for you tell your doctor
