Basically, most sexually transmitted infections can be passed along through oral genital contact.

To answer your question, there many STD's a person can contract from oral sex; Herpes, Syphillis, Hep B and A, and Gonorrhea.
These infections can invade the givers mouth and throat and can therefore be transmitted to the new receiving partner. If the person your guy gave oral sex to has any of the above mentioned, he could have passed them along to you. Hep A is transmitted through fecal-oral transmission, so he would have had to be licking around her anus to have contracted that. Hep B is only transmitted if he has small cuts/tears in his mouth and the person he's giving oral sex to has the disease. The rest are all passed similarly and are easier to transmit and "catch".
Never, never, never have unprotected sex with ANYONE unless you are 100% sure they are "clean" (and by the way, you can never be 100% sure). If he had unprotected oral sex with those women and had unprotected oral sex with you, it is possible if either of those three women are infected that he contracted something from them and passed it along to you. See your doctor soon to have them do a battery of tests to determine your STD status.
Hope this helps.
