It has been over six months since my girlfriend left and now I am missing her a lot. It was her decision saying that she needed space and I had to accept that. Can someone tell me that how to win back my girlfriend who lives in different city? What words should I write in email of SMS to make her comeback in my life? Please do guide me on this! Thank you

Hey, Budddy!

I am going through the same thing right now. I am still in the stage though that I want to give her her space and time to evaluate her feelings and ultimatly do some "soul searching". SO I totally understand where you are coming from.

I think that it is all dependent on the curcumstances. Consider this; did you guys depart on good terms or was it sour and filled with anger, regrets, and lack of respect on either side? The fist question I want to ask is why text? Why are you going to text her? You also mentioned she lives in a different city-how far of a distance? In my mind I am wondering if the distance was sort of an issue in the relationship or maybe even the communication or the mode of communication.

Here is what I have been asking myself in preperation to contact my ex whome I had dated for nearly four and a half years. Why did we depart? Has she shown any signs that she wants to get back together at any point? Is she too stubborn to accept my phone call?

I would suggest you send her a hand writen letter. Real short and sweet containing something along the lines as this;

"Hi (First Name)

I have had allot of time to think about everything. I am fine with the break up, I agree with it, and I have come to terms with it. I hope (activity/hobby/work) is going well. I hope we can meet at (public place) and catch up."

Then close with something that will remind her of the past that you two had together... nothing romantic or mooshy though.

After you do that, as hard as it may sound, just leave it up to her. If she has been thinking of you and wants to talk to you she will. That should be enough to offer her an opprtunity.

I really hope you can catch up with her. It is hard, man. Good Luck!
