When I got home, I went on my PC and went on FaceBook, and there was a Friend Request on there. So I added her and talked to her, and I know she likes me, and she knows I like her, and Like every time I talk to her she'll, at one point, say (in this situation ill use my username) "This-random-guyy:)..." and I know that (as my friend has said) that she wants to go out with me, and that each time she said that, I just want to go ahead and say it, but it's really hard for me to put it into words, so it won't sound creepy! What should I say?

It might be easier to do it in person (and girls much prefer to be asked out face to face!) - so maybe ask her to see a film with you, or go for a walk if the weather is nice. Then while you are out together just tell her you really like her and would like it if she was your girlfriend. That should make her smile as its really cute and then fingers crossed she will say yes!
So just take her out somewhere and ask her - she will remember it as a special moment and it will be far better than sending her a message on Facebook or MSN saying "do you want to go out with me?". That is just the least romantic thing ever!
I hope this helps and good luck!
