First, you should really re-think your feelings you have for your girlfriend. I think it safe for teens to let out their emotions to their dating partners. It's a great way to increase your self-esteem, though really consider your girlfriend's feelings. Many woman are very independent and think highly and deeply about love.
I suggest that if you truly do love her, despite your age, you should do so and tell her. It might just take your relationship to another phase. Just expect any kind of reaction from your girlfriend, I say this becuase of age, but best of luck.
