But i always wish i could talk freely with any one and if i donot hegitate to do anything. I want to live my life in a real sense but i am afraid to move up my steps. Though i have a good job and career and a circle of good friends, i still feel unsatisfied and incomplete in myself. i feel myself so lonely even when i am in a group or family of\r office colleagues. What shall i do to be friendly, talkative, smart and loving with others??

Last year I got a job at a grocery store, so I HAVE to talk to customers all the time. Just put yourself out there and relax. Ask people questions about themselves; this will put others at ease. Try to smile, even if you don't feel like it, and jump in conversations.
