European males, closer to something like three or five percent or even more prevalent...Also, I am wondering if such "trying" topic, plus extra "trying" anomaly, [need for, say, Astroglide personal lubricant, A==L==W==A==Y==S, strictly, repeat strictly to, in private, being "master of the domain" may ever get officially recognised, and, acknowledged, and, protected: University residence in second year became almost socially unbearable, sadly.Hope Springs Eternal... :)

 Few. Most of the worlds male population is not circumcised and have no need for any form of lubricant. And some of the circumcised ones don't even use lube all the time, so I'm going to place my bet at approximately 0.5% or less of the worlds male population needing lube all the time.
