Now, she doesn't even like it and only allows me to give it to her if I ask. I don't know what has changed and she hasn't said. Does anyone have any ideas as to why she wouldn't want to receive oral sex anymore?

It might be a communication issue and nothing more: does she know what she wants?

She may have just gone off it, she may have developed self confidence issues about the way her body looks, especially if her body has changed. Or it may be something as simple as she is concerned about shaving rash in that area and doesn't want you to see it. There are a million reasons for her going off oral sex but you're never going to know unless you talk to her, so have a conversation with her, be patient! Xx
