well if he likes you he should be quite happy to see you. i wouldnt rush into things first. take it slow. start talking to him and if he seems interested then ask him if he wants to go out for a drink maybe. if you ask him to go out after a while and he makes up loads of excuses then that means he dusnt want to go out. in that case leave it and be friends.
