I've been thinking of taking a multivitamin to get the nutrients my lifestyle doesn't provide. People think it's strange when I eat because of what a typical meal for me is made up of. My question is, what is my diet classified as? I know it's most likely vegan, but does it fall into a subcategory? Reply to this Question Share |

However, you're missing out on a lot of vitamins by not eating leafy, colorful veggies and proteins (not necessarily meat proteins, as there are plenty of vegetable proteins as well).

I highly recommend seeing a doctor or a nutritionist to talk about your diet. Medical professionals can give you some great guidelines to follow to ensure that you're eating healthy despite your food preferences.
