writes:hi all, I'm beginning to think somethings wrong with me, so far in my 25 years of life I've had one boyfriend who used to hit me, and have slept with 3 other guys who end up being mates with me after a few weeks . I mean what is wrong with me, I go out but I don't go out like some people I know and pull the next guy in a club or go out to find a one night stand, everyones told me I'm funny and kind and sweet but I guess some guys in my area don't want that in girl? I'm beginning to think maybe it's me and that I'll be alone for a lot longer then I am at the moment which is 2 and half years.

reader, anonymous, writes (16 March 2007): Hey there! Dont change being yourself for anyone. Being funny is a good thing. I like girls who are funny and many of the girls I am friends with are funny. Be yourself, have fun, make people laugh as it comes naturally to you and leave the past in the past. Look forward and just do things you enjoy for yourself. Dont expect to meet Mr Right on a night out in the pub. You will find a great guy when you are not looking and when you least expect it. Stop counting the time you spend on your own and find comfort in knowing that a nice guy will find you and treat you right. You know your'e a great catch so relax and let fate take its course.
