writes: I really hope you can help me on here, as I don't know who else to ask about this. For the past 6 months when my boyfriend and I make love, when he pulls his penis out it has thick white discharge on it from my vagina. When I have an orgasm, it is clear, so I know it isn't this. However, this white discharge only comes out during sex, I never notice it at any other time. I have been to the doctor, and she tells me that she can find nothing wrong (even suggested it was my cum, which I know it isn't because it's never been like this before). I thought it might be thrush, so my boyfriend and I took the tablets and stopped making love while they worked. But nothing..I have no symptoms and no pain, but am very embarrassed by it and can't think what it is! Can anyone shed any light on it? Many thanks x

I agree - if it's white and only comes out during sex, it's most likely to be his semen. But otherwise wouldnt it just be normal discharge...? Perhaps it's what your vagina uses to lubricate itself for sex with...? Otherwise I wouldn't have a clue... If you ever find out for sure, could you let me know? Cuz I occasionally get the same problem, but not during sex. I've never worried about it though, cuz I thought it was just normal discharge.

dear Annon.think you are worrying about nothing, glad you went to Doctors thou,it is as you have said, you have orgasm and it is your own fluid, or it could simply be a mixture of your fluid and your boy friends sperm, this to me seems normal,by the way you should not be taking thrush medication unless you have thrush, because that will make things look worse than they are.
