I felt really weird because I found out he had a wife and I just ignored him. Well yesterday he had his head down on the desk and I asked if he was alright and all he could say was.... Its been a rough couple weeks. After that I said ok Im not going to pry. Then I was in the break room and he came in later and said... Ok do you really want to know? You'd be the first person I tell here anyway... And that's when he said... I'm getting a divorce. My question is... What is this guy up to?

You are his supervisor? Okay, do not ask any more personal questions about him. No comments, just hello, and only work relevant details.
Did you ever go to HR about him?
