Hey everyone,

I have a question re: sex and risk of pregnancy. My bf and I have been together quite a while and we have been having sex maybe 1 or 2x/week. We recently got tested so that we could enjoy it without a condom once in a while. In terms of birth control I am on the Pill, he pulls out, and I have Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome which if some of you don't know, if I am not on the pill I ovulate/get my period maybe 2x a year if that, making me one of the those cases that might be very difficult to get pregnant later in life when I want to try.

I kind of want him to finish in me just once, just want to see how it feels as I've heard it makes for an incredible sense of closeness after and stuff.

Btw for the record if something were to happen I would count it as a blessing as I was told at age 16 that I would need fertility drugs if I ever wanted to get pregnant. It just isn't my plan right now to have a child. I'm almost 22 and I am finished school so thats not an issue.

My question is what do you think my risk of becoming pregnant would be given me being on the pill and having a fertility issue? Also what do you think the odds would be with him pulling out vs. finishing inside me with the whole fertility issue and pill?

Well it should basically be very hard for you to get pregnant anyway, so on top of pulling out, which is not an effective birth control method btw, and taking the pill your chances are almost none. birth control is 99.9 % effective and .1% ineffective so on top of your "fertility issue" you should not be worried about concieving while on the pill.

Laura1318 agony auntSince you have no issues about being pregnant, your question seems quite redundant.

But anyway to answer your question , the risk of getting pregnant in your case is very low ,maybe below 2% .(This is only my educated guess as I am not a doctor.)

If you like him to come inside you , let him know and enjoy it.

Triskaedeka102 agony auntHello!

I am about the same age as you, and been on the pill for a year now (combination pills). My bf and I are monogamous and we don't use condoms. He also most of the time finishes inside of me (best feeling!). I am so far haven't been pregnant. Combination pills when taken the right way is 99% effective. I hope it helps!
