So I had unprotected sex the second day, and now I'm scared I might be pregnant. He didn't 'finish' in me. Does that slim down the chances?

If you started the pill on the second or third day of your period, then it takes two weeks before you are protected fully.
The pill is not 100% effective though. I'm not lecturing you on being to young to have sex, but I honestly think that you should make sure you are 100% comfortable with your protection before having sex. You're very young to be under this much stress and panic. If it makes you comfortable then take the pill, use a condom and ask him to pull out.
I'm sure you would have started the pill on the first day of your period as doctors advise, so you should be ok. Just relax and don't panic. I'm pretty sure you won't be pregnant. If you stress to much it can make your period late.
Oh... And for future reference, the pulling out tenchnique may slim the chances for getting pregnant after having unprotected sex a little, but it's really not a valid method of birth control. It is a big factor behind young pregnancies. So don't try it without any other protection.
