She went ahead and tagged his fb in so i checked it out (ok seriously im not being a stalker... admit it u do that too), and I was aw-struck at how amazing he looked. He goes to another private school pretty close by. So then there was the all private school dance... and to my surprise i saw him... but i didnt say anything and just kept walking because then it would have been super awkward. So im pretty sure he is in 8th grade and im in 7th so i only have one more dance to be able to see him (if he goes that is). whats the next step? ps there is a lot of slow dancing and freak dancing so idk that may open up a few possibilities to talk to him but i wouldnt count on it. Well to get his attention, you have to try and set yourself apart from the crowd in a good way. So dress to kill, but don't overdue, but not to sexy or to much makeup, think classy. Plus most guys like meeting girls who seem different from all the other girls they know.
So try not to act like a giggle goose to him. Act quiet self assured and confident, but not cocky or snobbish.
Just walk up to him when you can catch him alone is best, and say hello Brad Justin (whatever his full name is) I am Lisa and I was hoping to get a chance to meet you here.
And he will say oh yeah, how come, and how do you know my name? So you just tell him the truth, (more or less).
Say well we happen to have a mutual friend in common and one day on FB I happened to see a picture of you that she flagged. So I looked you up. And then you smile at him and see what he has to say.
So far you haven't said you like him or thought he was a dreamboat of anything stalkerish. All you have done is introduced yourself to him.
It is a good sign. If he stays and keeps talking to you for awhile. Especially if he hangs out with you for the rest of the night or asks you to dance or says he will look you up later on FB to chatt.
It is not a good sign, if he mumbles ah, ok that's nice, well I got to go, see ya and disappears into a crowd of guys the rest of the night.
Good luck at the dance!
