Tell her you think she is beautiful and Ask her out! Just tell her you like her and would want to see her happy...If she shows some hesitation, don't be pushy. Tell her you would wait until she is willing to go out with you.
Don't let her know all your feelings in one go. Reveal them by installments...Good Luck boy!!!
