Kegel exercises, and you can find more information by using the search field above each page here. These exercises will not actually make your vagina tighter, which is not likely needed anyway, but will allow you to squeeze your pelvic muscles to very nice effect.

I should know. I have the tightest vagina known to man. My boyfriend can't get over how tight it is.
It is just a matter of muscle really. Do some research.
