 Hi! I can relate to this question cause I haven't been down that path (having sex) yet cause it seems best to wait til the right person. But I have learned and read a lot of things about the first time. When a female is gonna have sex for the first time, it's very very important that she comes first doing this time so it will be less painful. It's very important for the guy to make sure she is really turned on, which in return she gets really.... wet down there (not sure if you can say that on this site lol) which'll make it easier for the guy to slide in, making it not as painful. It'll still be painful (unless your hymen has already broke for some reason) but just spending a lot of time doing foreplay, will really help out a lot!

However, when i lost my virginity i was terrified of going on top mainly because I had no idea what I was doing. I felt much more confident with him on top of me in the classic missionary position I used my hand to guide him in. It didnt work to start with as i was really nervous and tensed my pelvic muscles (really tight). I took a deep breathe and tried to relax. I felt a sharp pain as it went in but after that it didnt hurt at all. I didn't bleed either, I heard that alot of women dont. I felt sore afterwards it was a little uncomfortable for a day or so but again nothing too bad. I think this could have been avoided if we had used a lubricant or if I had been a little bit more aroused. Maybe get some condoms that are pre lubricated.
My first time lasted about 30 seconds there were no orgasms - definitely not like the sex scenes you see in the movies.
I would have a look at a couple of websites that show different positions, some having drawings and some have animated videos (cartoons). I can remember I did this as I was nervous before I had sex for the first time and it really helped me picture where I should be in relation to him.
