When the acne subsides, it leaves behind a reddish scab of sorts on the affected area. They really aren't that disfiguring, I get maybe 2-3 every couple of weeks, but they are bothering me nonetheless as prom approaches and such. I run track and our area is starting to get warm and sunny so I'll have a natural tan to reduce the appearance within a few weeks, but would Neosporin help make these scabs heal faster or simply prevent infection. Would applying neosporin multiple times per day to a small pimple scab subtract days from its usual 7-9 day healing time?

hi, if it is very mild ask your friends what they use or check out the topical applications at the supermarket.Do not pick at it.Do not use soap.Use a very gentle mild non soap skin cleaner - see supermarket again.if it is really bad see the doctor for something that will really calm it down in a hurry before the promBest wishes Abella
