Im now finding that Im putting on weight only on my lower half. Im not trying to lose any weight at all just tone up my thighs and butt- they seem so out of proportion with the rest of my body- i dont want 2 go on a diet trust me Ive found out they dont work, and i cant afford gym membership but i do live near a park so i was wondering if anyone could give me a guideline or hint about the best sorts of exercise please??it would be realy realy apreciated!!! thank u Reply to this Question Share |

Parks are good for running. Running's good for butt and thigh toning. Butt and thigh tonings are good for getting body into proportion etc etc. Go running!:-) if you need more info or tips on running properly, let me know
