 for me the girls I tend to be very attracted to are are 5'3-5'8 ish and 110 to 130 lbs. Keep in mind I am 6'3 and lift weights all the time but I don't really find super tall or even tall girls to be as attractive nothing against them but I like medium height for women. pretty smile is good I like blonde hair but once again this is just what I find sexy. straight or wavy hair is cute too.
I don't find all the victoria secret models to be so beautiful. they have pretty faces but some of them are too skinny and it looks unhealthy. Kee
I use to not like a lot of eye liner and that kind of stuff but the girl who I am in love with uses a nice amount of mascara I think. I don't really know much about makeup. the way you describe yourself sounds nice to me.
Im 17 and what I think is "sexy" or "cute" has changed a little in the last few months. I went to a party the other night and there were some tramp ish girls there, there shirts where cut real low and you could see their bra's and stuff it didn't bother me but they don't dress like that all the time so to me it seems fine.

 Honestly? I am immediately turned off by trying too hard. Tons of makeup, clothes that are too small, bleached hair, revealing clothing, all tell me she's got no self confidence. A nice shirt, clean, can be sexy even if it's just a T shirt. Nice jeans. A big smile. A girl that respects herself and looks fun is WAY more appealing than someone trying to be a model.
