I'm 5 inches long and its also thin. Am I small or am I average?Agony aunts will tell you if you're big or if you're average but they never say if you're small probaly to protect the guys feelings. But my girlfriend and myself are quite happy with our sex life.I'm just wondering -- shes says if she's honest I'm probaly small, I'm OK with that but is there a national average and in your own opinion do you reckon I'm small? Please be honest and try not to worry about my feelings. I'm a guy, I can take it if i am.Thanks, P.

If it were any bigger it would probably hurt rather than feel better. Where exactly is a woman suppose to put a porn star size penis at anyway? It surely wouldn't fit all the way in!

 I agree that the average is 5-7 inches, when erect. Men tend to fixate on dimensions, though. (Perhaps from watching too many laughably-large porn stars.) The main point is, if it's big enough to keep you and your g/f happy, then it's big enough.Just as a side point, I've always thought that there needed to be more flattering categories of penis size. Ones that don't imply inferiority, with names like: 'Medium-sized', 'Standard', 'Regular', 'Normal', 'Pleasingly-Popular' and the ever-cheerful 'Fun Size'.

 5 inches erect or flaccid?? I guess you mean erect as the average penis when not erect is about 1 and a half inches in width and 3 and a half inches long. Erect, the average penis is about 5 to 7 inches long so you fit in quite well (excuse the pun!) The average penis in circumference is about 5 inches. I certainly don't think you need to consider penis enlargement surgery and as you say you are happy with your sex life, there isn't really a problem, is there??!
