It is:What is it called when you're obsessively curious about a member of the opposite sex? Like, you want to get to know them better, talk to them, but you're not really sexually attracted to them? Heck, you don't even like them a lot as a person, but you find yourself thinking of them a lot, almost obsessively?WHAT DO YOU THINK THIS IS CALLED? Does this have a name?  Obsession, or infatuation. You can very much so be infatuated with someone, who has many bad qualities. Every person has good and bad traits. Sometimes bad traits are still attractive, think of ego-maniacs, or players.
