A female Canada age 30-35, anonymous writes:

I'm 19 years old and i had my first intercourse at 17. I do not have a boyfriend but I have a partner. Whenever we cant meet up I use my toy and sometimes there's a white creamy liquid on the toy. I'm wondering if that is girl cum or what? I've seen that in porn too its called cream pie. But what is that exactly, I don't think it could be an STD because i got checked as soon as I noticed this creamy liquid? I'm scared if this cream pie can freak out my partner!

A female reader, anonymous, writes (23 May 2011):

If it's white and creamy and he hasn't cum inside you then you might need to go see your gyno...you might have a bacterial infection or some other type of infection. Normal female lubrication is clear.

A reader, anonymous, writes (23 May 2011):

That's not cream pie, that's just your natural lube frothing up on the toy. Cream pie is male ejaculate flowing out of a vagina. Because it resembles the effect of squeezing a cream pie.
