What is a "success profile" for a job interview?

This isnt a love or sex question, i have a job interview, and the lady told me to come in before my interview to do a success proflie, the only problem, i have no idea what that is, and can i do it the same day of my interview just earlier??? Please help, im super nervous, the interview is thursday.

Sageoldguy1465 agony auntI'm guessing that the "success profile" is some sort of attitude survey which forward-thinking companies use to learn about prospective employees.....

My advice is: Relax, take the survey, be honest, and let the chips fall where they may.....

I've never heard of that either. If she told you to come earlier to do a success profile then I'm guessing it's some sort of paperwork that you need to fill out before your interview, kind of like an application.

If you don't receive the answer that you're looking for or are still unsure--it's probably best to call back and ask, just tell them that you were unsure of what she meant by that and how much earlier you need to get there before your interview. It's better than coming unprepared/not on time and it's not like she won't hire you just because you don't know what she's talking about.
