Does anyone have any tips on how i can cheer up my bf, he is so down at the moment and stressed. We are planning to spend the weekend togther and just chill and do nothing, we both need it. Thing is he gets shouty when he is stressed and then i get upset and it makes things worse. What is a good way to react to his high stress levels?

person12345 agony auntJust put on your extra thick skin and don't respond to him getting shouty. Just walk away when he begins to get angry. A lot of people when they get stressed just need to hole up alone in a cave and not be disturbed. Meaning even if you're together, he might want to spend the weekend being quiet.
