What is a good way to lose weight?

A male Germany age 30-35, anonymous writes:

I over heard my girlfriend's sister saying I was a bit chubby, and my girlfriend also agreed. She wouldn't really mind me losing some weight- it bothers her a bit when we're having sex.

I want to know what is a good way to lose weight. I have no clue, and online it only gives me all this products to buy and what not. I'm not in the whole idea of buying pills because they are all a flux in my belief.

Can anyone help me please?

i might not be a good help. but i was trying to lose weight a while back. i started working out every other day for for 30 minutes and in two weeks i lost 12 pounds. i also had full meals and a snack in between them. maybe it will work for you too!

Lemon juice+hot water+honey every day in the morning with out missing out on a single day.It should be taken in an empty stomach.

1. Change eating habits

2. Be determined

3. Focus

4. Stay with the plan of losing weight

5. Work out (get in the workout room, change some of that fat to muscle)
