Im sorry to tell the religious person but porn doesnt always come from trauma, yes it can lead to it but porn is not a direct result in any way. And im not trying to bash religion but prayers arent really going to help, however some sort of religious classes may, if your into that. If the PC is the main source of your problems then I reccomend setting up the security on it to block adult websites and maybe place you PC in a less private place so your less likely to watch it. Find a hobbie that you can do at home to keep yourself buisy when you get urges to view porn. Good luck :)

Porn it's a very hard thing to leave behind. Studies show that a kid who sees a pornographic image once needs 15 years to get rid of the trauma it causes him/her.
The only way I know to be set free form porn addiction is through God. You can start going to a christian church and pray to God so he would set you free. You may also write/call anonymously to christian ministries or websites so they would pray for you.
Blessings

porn can be addicting! i say steer clear of the porn sites and stay away from the videos. leave the dirty magazines on the shelf and this should help get rid of your thoughts of naked people.
