writes:Is it possible to go your entire life and never be in a relationship. I'm 23 years old and I have never had a boyfriend. I really do feel that establishing a relationship with someone who you can confide in and trust is essential in life. Seeing ALL my friends whether it was in high school or college have a significant other at some point really made me feel as if I lacked something and for the longest time I really felt like I could never feel what it was like to love someone and be loved in return. Now I don't put so much emphasis on having a boyfriend, and I have come to except that it's just not meant for me right now but I'm really starting to get concerned about my future. What if I never find someone who wants to be with me. I realize it's not all about looks, and I think I'm relatively attractive and I know it's possible for me to develop a sexual relationship with men but when it comes to actually having a relationship outside of sexual relations no one seems willing to give me a chance. What am I doing wrong and what can I do to change my luck. I feel incredibly lonely and I'm willing to hold out for someone special but if it is possible to never make a connection with someone I would like to know now that this is something I should never concern myself with and move on with other aspects of my life. Any advice would be greatly appreciated:)

reader, anonymous, writes (29 June 2010): Im pretty sure you'll find someone. Im 16 and i've had about 4 boyfriends and never in my life would i have thought this was gonna happen. Love comes randomly and unexpected so be patient and the right guy will come along. Remember he's out there, all you need to do is go out and look for him. Go to parties, clubs, movies, etcYou'd be suprised how many single cuties are out there. Good Luck :)
