It might feel great to be hugged, kissed, touched, petted, fondled, and have sex but you're not going to get a real boyfriend from allowing any cute guy to do such things. You just get a name for yourself as easy and become an easy target for every user.
Tell this boy NO!!! next time he touches you. Tell him that only your boyfriend can touch you. He might be just immature and doesn't know the correct way to start a relationship then this will open the door for him to become a boyfriend. If he just walks away then you will know he saw you as easy.
