What has caused my libido to drop?

A male , anonymous writes:

Recently I haven't felt that horny and really for the past year I haven't been as horny as I was when I was about 15-16. I don't know why this is, but in the past few weeks I've had driving tests (3) and eventually passed. This is the only thing I can think of. I've also been very busy with work and other things but I never used to be like this at school.

I also find when I take multi-vitamins it helps. But this may be a coincidence.

My diet is very good. I have an evenly balanced diet and vitamins. I blame it on stress.

Royofthe Rovers agony auntStress can lower your sex drive no doubt. A hectic, busy lifestyle no matter what age can effect all aspects of your body and mind. Your diet can have an effect as well. You say the multi-vitamins worked for you then possibly it could be your diet. Has that changed?
