 Well if they used protection and the condom didn't split, then the chances that she is pregnant should be low, but if she is pregnant then I'm not sure about the law in England but I'm from the channel islands and one of my friends had to have an abortion at 14 and she had to have two doctors signatures and her mums signature before she could have an abortion. the best thing for her to do is get a pregnancy test and go to your local family planning clinic they will be able to give you the best advice.I hope that the parents would realise that if they did go to the police the they will be causing strain on their relationship with their daughter! here is a website that should give you some professional advicehttp://www.bpas.org/bpaswoman.php?page=19all the best!!! here for youbich x x x

Considering the age difference it would depend on the circumstances, and the parent's reaction.
If they want to press charges then he may be put on the sex offenders register.
I doubt he would go to prison as there is no danger to the girl or the public.
He broke the law, which is there for a reason, so he will have to face the consequences. It doesn't matter if he did it with her consent, legally she is not judged to be able to give informed consent. You can debate that, but that's the way the law work.
