Hmmmm lol, I was trying to not make a personal remark with my last posting, ...but since Soon567 has indicated this happening to him, and it seems, indicated hair was a factor in his situation, ...what the hell, let me tell you that hair is not neccesarily neccessary in this equation.
I have some up top, ...but not where a penis is gunna enter, ...and my partner did exactly this to himself not even 2 weeks ago. He does not have a tight foreskin, was not contacted by my nails, teeth, etc, and my arousal was most definately not a problem.
Truth be told, I was over aroused on this occassion, thought it might have been reducing sensation for him, got him to stop for a sec, grabbed a cloth, and used it to absorb some of the moisture. Clearly too much tho, coz I threw it aside, he went to vigorously get back in to it, and ended up reeling back screaming 'owwww'. (Which is why I suggested he should know the moment it happened lol)
Yup he ripped his freddy foreskin and bled like a stuck pig. So I was apologizing for taking too much 'slippery' away, he was blaming himself for being like a bull at a gate to get going again, but at the end of the day, he was sore for a few days before he could get back in action again, and nothing more to it, but a cautionary tale to tell lol.

Does he have a foreskin?
If so, ...
It may have got pulled back too much/fast/ rough
You may not have been sufficiently lubricated to prevent that much friction.
He may have a tight foreskin problem. I know a guy who had this issue and ended up having to go to hospital from damage done to himself trying anal sex. (not with me btw lol)
With or without a foreskin, it could have accidentally happened from fingernails - tho he should know the moment when it occured to know what was going on when he hurt it.
Just some thoughts.

he may need to go to the doctor as his foreskin may be too tight and when you had sex it may have caused it to split
