A male Thailand age 30-35, *asden writes:

Well I always go hanging in many places[Kao san street for example ] in Thailand. I see a lot of cute girls and they're mostly tourists. But I'm always afraid that when I go to them and start the conversation, it is possible that they will think I talk to them for selling something and NO !!!!! I'm not in that place for any business I'm just there to meet new people, well I'm a really really 16 years old shy boy. And I'm afraid to be ignored when I say" Hello ! " to them, that would be so embrassed.

And one more question !

Do you really fancy asian guys are nerdy and boring ?

because I'm not a person shouting to every people on the street in Kao san street [It's a place of bars, pubs etc.]

p.s I love meeting and talking to people but people usually think I talk to them for business

Why can't you say "Hello"? Talk to them while they are in a casual cafe or bar. Try to get to know them a little. Then, offer to give them a tour. Some of them might find you cute if you are shy and genuine. If you are too forward, you might give off a negative vibe.

Give them compliments, ask about their trip.

"How long have you been in Thailand?"

"What did you find most interesting?"

"Do you know what kind of club most brunette girls are at?"

That's a difficult question. I don't exactly know where brunettes like to hang out. There are many brunettes around the world with different personalities and likes. Try Googling hot spots in Thailand.

Hasden agony auntI don't really approach tourists because I'm looking for relationship not one or two weeks stand. And It's difficult to divide tourists out of brunette living in Thailand at Kao San road. In the same way the reasons that I don't approach Thai girls because I can't find them attractive, I mean I like the differrent races and the another reason is that it's difficult to divide Thai heshe out of normal Thai women at Kao San road lol .

I'm very sure that there's a plenty of brunette in Bangkok but I just didn't know where. Actually there's a lot of them at international school but very very expensive T_T.

Do you know what kind of club most brunette girls are at?

Thank you very much !!

P.S My X is also brunette, she lives in Thailand too.

P.S 2 I'm not looking for brunette only, I'm also looking for blonde or red head, Latina, Afican but Brunette is my favorite.

P.S 3 Do farang girls like Thai boys ? or they only look at the same race ?

P.S 4 I'm not a racist, I like the diferent races.

Have a great days !!

Go to where ever the clubs are being organised (I'm not talking about night clubs) and ask how to join. You'll be helped I'm sure.

There are lots of brunettes in this world my dear. And plenty in Thailand... Is it always tourists you are approaching?

A reader, anonymous, writes (7 May 2009):

ok sweety, here's my theory:

You are approaching girls in Kao San street... And as you know most of them are tourists. So my guess is that they will be only be staying there for a few days and don't want to get a friendship or relationship going because they know that they'll have to leave in a very short time.

I'm sure you'd be sad if a girl was very interested in you but had to go in a few days and you'd never see her again.

Maybe you'd have better luck looking somewhere else... Are their any clubs or activities you can join?

A female reader, Emilysanswers United Kingdom +, writes (7 May 2009):

Did you do that in a bar or a cafe? Were you with friends? Did you offer to buy her a drink?

Or did it look like you were just on your own looking for a girl to sell something to?

Just asking a stream of questions is not enough. Start talking about yourself a bit and let them know you are just there to chat and have a good time.

Give her a compliment and tell her you like her top / hat / hair or something.

I think you are just going to have to keep trying. People from London are generally quite snotty anyway. If you find a girl from elsewhere in the UK then you'll probably do better.

Just smile and take it slow.

Good Luck!! xx

A reader, anonymous, writes (4 May 2009):

Hey,

I went to Thailand last summer. I was in Kao san. Loved it there.

I agree with the other two answers.

If I were you I wouldn't just walk up to people and try to talk to them out of the blue, becuase they are going to think you are selling something.

There are plenty of bars along the street. Maybe you could stop by one of them and chat to some people there? Just relax... Try not to come on too strong. Good luck

A reader, anonymous, writes (4 May 2009):

I would suggest going to bars or something like that. Personally I would be put off if a random guy came over and started talking to me while I was on the street or in a resteraunt. But if girls are in a club or bar, and they seem interested, eg giving you eye contact and smiling, then go for it and talk to them!

Well if you approach someone one on a street of sellers then they are going to think you are selling.

Find a cafe to sit in and approach them there. Sit with your friends and smile so they know you are out having a good time and not working.

Good Luck!! xx
