What excercises should I do, and what food should I eat, to help me lose weight?

hey everyone. i know this is a relationship advice site...and my question hasnt much to do with that, but i was wondering if you could help me out.

im a 16 year old teenager, who is about 5'5". i weigh about 145 and wear size seven jeans.

i want to loose weight and am wondering how i can go about that. well i understand the exercising, and right foods...but what kind of exercise to get abs? and what kinds of food are good with helping weight loose.

Well first don't go on a weight diet, they only have temp results. You have to do a life style change which will not be easy. (mostly because of all the yummie foods out there.)

You could go to a gym and alot have free trainers they will show you how things work. Eat healthy and a variety of things.

Do you want to burn your fat faster? try to exercise everyday!

for example.

Take a walk for 30minutes which can burn up to 180 calories.

If you want to burn for 300 calories. Try to jog for 5-10minutes.3 minutes (jog faster) and sprint for 30 seconds.

Don't drink milk or eat food immediately before exercise.Drink plenty of water after exercise.

Burn more fat eat less food = loss weight

Burn less fat eat more food = gain weight

For me, after six diet has never failed.

Eat as you normally would before 6pm, after this hour, don't eat anything. Drink water or unsweetened juice. I have tried this so many times when I feel I am gaining weight and it is always affective. After a week, I can see my weight going down.

To stay slim, eat the right foods. Fastfood is not good, fruits and juices are best as well as veggies. But don't deprive yourself of carbo too as this gives you energy. Just eat everything moderately. Not too much carbo but more on fruits, veggies and juices. Don't allow yourself to be too full in the stomach.
