 No it dosen't down where I live us girls say boys are fit too it just means there good looking or attractive it only means fancy when they have really big feelings for her and don't want to stop being with you. But sometimes its diffrent for other people. Hope this helps

 Well Dr Pete has a point! But usually here in the UK that term is very commonly used to describe a girl who is physically gorgeous.
Other terms you may here my dear are hot, fireing, fine, hectic.... There are sooooo many!! Growing up Manchester London is where I get all these phrases from!!!
