What does the future hold for me and my ex?

What does the future hold for me and my ex? We have now been split up for 4 months! We got together in January this year and we were in love, although it was a long distance realtionship we made it work and I honestly thought he was the 1 and he said he felt the same infact he was the one who said it first! We broke after we had a bad 2 weeks, we had our first argument and when I went to see him things were awakward we did make-up and he reasured me he loved me however he also made jokes that he was not gonna turn up 4 my birthday! The next week I was wondering if he was gonna cme so I asked his sis if he was at hme so I could spk 2 him. He found out and took it completly th wrong way. So he ignored me 4 a week which is what he does when he's angry where as I like to sort out things right ther and then so I rang him constantly I admit I was also scared of losing him de to the failure I had in past relationships. He came to my party but things wernt exactly great between us and the following week he finished with me saying he wanted 2 b single and his family were to attached to me. We remained friends and was texting me constantly when he was out on the piss when I was on holiday etc so I asked if he had feelings 4 me but he jus said he dont get back with some1 after he's broke up with some1 his cousin (my m8) says he dont like to admit when he's wrong!! He said he had a new girlfriend (which I found out wasn't true) I said I had just been seeing some1 but ended as I still had feelings 4 him now he wont even speak to me and says he never wants to see me again but 1 day we will Im good friends with his family and will always be part of his life! Do u reckon we will ever be friends again? I would like to get back with him but realise what is maent to be will be but I would atleat like it if we can be civil ecspecailly 4 my friends sake!!
