Uh, guys use all sorts of disgusting phrases for oral sex on a woman when they are stupid teens who don't know anything about real sex. When I was a kid they called it "corn hogging"...I didn't know what it meant either.
But, I've always called it "going down" since I grew up and realized how lovely women are all over, from the tips of their toes to the top of their heads, even if they don't think they are.

Or have some other association with actual cottage cheese....! Ive never heard this particular term for it, but there are SO many ways to describe a girl's "bits" and names for performing oral sex on a girl... but that would be my assumption, if he said it in a cheeky, sexy sort of way!
