Hi,

Well i'm a girl and when I chat to boys and play with my hair it means nothing, seriosly. But if shes smiling and nodding at what you have to say then she kindaaaa likes, but really, it doesn't mean much x

Blue_Angel0316 agony aunt Sometimes twirling the hair with your fingers is a sign of being shy. It is a basic habit that is formed to signify many things. She is quiet possibly flirting with you. Watch for other signs like smiles or a touch on the hand or arm per say. Certain comments she might make. Take things nice and slow you will soon figure it out! \

Best of luck and God bless.

A female reader, TasteofIndia United States +, writes (30 October 2007):

TasteofIndia agony auntCould be flirting, could be nervousness, could be a bad habit. I know girls who habitually toy with their hair.

Don't take this TOO seriously unless it's paired with other tell-tale flirting (light touching, giggling, eye contact, a lot of chit chat...).

Good luck, sweetness!

yes i agree with my friend this is a good sign, but as Kenny has pointed out make sure it is not just a habit before you take any action.

Yeah watch out it ain't the man sat next to you though.

Sometime they cop a glance at someone handsome and have like a little mental orgasm.

If it happens regularly around you its a good sign.

Good Look

A male reader, kenny United Kingdom +, writes (30 October 2007):

kenny agony auntNormally this would be considered a flirtatious gesture to say she likes you. However i don't think that just this is enough to go on, as it could be just a habit. Look out for other signs too like eye contact, touches, and smiles.

Good luck

A female reader, angelblueeyes United Kingdom +, writes (30 October 2007):

angelblueeyes agony auntHi,

She is most definately into you as this is the most common way women flirt to attract a man's attention. Stroking, combing and generally moving her hair away from her face or shoulders to show bare skin are strong signals that they are open to being approached by men.

Good luck!!
