Actually, it was a line used frequently from a TV show in the late '60s, Rowan & Martin's Laugh-in. It was used as a flirt, but they created a number of skits around it. Still is a sexy thing to say to someone.

It's a saying. The complete phrase is "Blow in my ear and I'll follow you anywhere." It basically means that you have to flirt a bit to let the other person know you like them.
I think it was in a movie, just my memory can't work out the name.
