I say this to my girlfriend sometimes during sex.
Its not condescending but it is a Shania says that you enjoy a moment of being dominant during sex. Doesnt mean your chauvinistic either.
Its just a way of playing out a little fantasy... if my girlfriend didnt like it and asked me to stop I would.
But lots of people enjoy being Verbal during sex and when you really get into the moment people like to say all sorts of things to generate excitement.
If he treats you well and is not a condescending person then I would just consider it as pillow talk he enjoys.
Maybe you could even play along with it for him!!

It is a little condescending, but it can also be a term of affection. If it worries you tell him you dont like it.
Next time you have sex call him a good boy and pat him on the head for a job well done.

It does sound chauvenistic in the context you described it. It sounds like he's saying it as a "reward" for something you've done that he's liked ie sex / saying you enjoyed anal sex.
I would keep an eye on it and if he starts to show any chauvenistic qualities in other areas as well then I would say you had a problem on your hands.
But for the mean time tell him you dont like it. Failing that everytime you're in a pub and he gets you a drink, pat him on the head and say "good boyyy!" in an over-animated voice. Maybe even scratch his belly. Preferably in front of his mates. That'll sort him out!

I wouldn't read into too much, he probably gets turned on by saying that, because he wants to be dominant....its just a phrase.....

Eh, how does he say that. Good girl as in your decent/proper/nice or something like that.
Or good girl as in good dog and he pats you on your head and gives you a biscuit?
The way you say it it almost seems like the last way and that should worry you.

Talk to him when you are both relaxed, and listen to his answer. It might just be a term of endearment, or it might have a special meaning to him. Let go of the worry - it certainly doesn't sound like anything bad. He's probably just happy that you are satisfied. Good luck.
