reader, anonymous, writes (13 December 2007): Some people do that to everyone as a friendly gesture. But i love it when my bloke does it just to me, i feel special, as if he only sees me! Or maybe he just has something in his eye!

 maybe he likes you, and is acting suggstively, trying to get your attention.
Maybe hes someone who just winks at people, to say "you ok" "alright" etc. I do it sometimes.
Tal to him and try and find out which one it is. More likely its the first.
