 One of two thoughts; 1)He's wanting to tell you gently that he's breaking up. OR 2) He has been so overwhelmed with you that he's now head over heels in love with you. most likely the first one if he's telling you online or by phone. If he's face-to face then you can see it in his eyes which one it is.
